My dentist and nurse are very professional giving me information and choices for my treatments without trying to push them onto me.Overall i am an anxious patient but am always made to feel calm and relaxed. Never wait long to be seen. Dentist is always polite and explains treatment. The treatment is always very swift but thorough.The treatment room is always prepared and ready when I enter. The dentist is ready to greet me ie not finishing off something from another patient so is able to give me his full attention.The dentist always asks if I have had any problems before he makes his examination..

Dr Patel has an excellent manner, works in a calm and orderly way, and obviously knows his stuff. I felt confident and relaxed, even though he was drilling and pulling my teeth.

A very polite reception, no fuss filling in my medical sheet. I arrived early and was seen by the Dentist 10 minutes ahead of time. After my examination it was very easy to book my next appointment at a time and date that suited me.
